Christmas holidays have just started and I have a new project 😬
It won’t be too fancy, it will get the 10s shimano 105s from my old road bike.

Nice sikal Jumaat. You got it fitted to your body geometry?

The Bike Friday has their folding mechanism design concept spot on. No seat height and handlebar height adjustments needed. Unlike all other Foldies including all Dahon, Tern, Brompton.
Its slowly raising to the top of my "to-buy" list. New of course.
I was told the waiting list is a full year long…

Ass pain means you didn't ride enuf la. Don't blame the saddle...
Now that I "broke-in" my rear end, any saddles are same.

Don't be jealous, I've got a more delicate ass than yours ok?

Spent the day putting the bike together. Still got to fine tune it, not happy with how the front derailleur is shifting.
Certainly feels a bit lighter on its feet than the Moulton. Currently sitting at around 10kgs.

Your best choice is to order a FNHON 16" and purchase a shorter headtube shortest being 29cm, our normal one is 40cm. then get a spare seattube and cut in half. that should fit your kid. my kid is same age n am going to do the same.

today i tried to put into a 30 inches luggage, it fits in perfectly.
if i take out the front and back wheel it is even more compact.
i have plan to bring it overseas for town ride. top speed at cadence of 80 will be around 23.4kmh, which is sufficient for in town travel.
really laid back pace would set me back at about 15kmh which is perfect for sightseeing.

I cycled this year in cambodia, paris, taiwan, budapest, berlin...all on rented public bike average speed hardly exceed 15kmh.

so it would be a perfect fit. and i don't have to rent bike anymore.

20+kmh is too fast la, ~15kmh is best for sight seeing. Especially when one need to avoid pot holes. wink.gif
Consider average walking speed is 5kmh, we can cover more than 3x the range on a bicycle.

All of a sudden I realised what you guys mean. I forgot what "jumaat" meant!

Anyway the chinese copy is a pretty bad copy cry.gif

This I'd like to see.... For that price, why would you buy a copy??

Just upgrade my Java TT to 20 speed. With Cheap ltwoo groupset.
What I achieve with 20 speed is, pushing bike in Taman Botanic Shah Alam is lesser.

LOL.

Designers of LTWoo are former staffs of SRAM. They are not really that bad, in fact they are good.
