when will the update on the driver's rating show up? the next day i know its a daily refresh and based on the last 100 trips just started to drive with GC and suddenly my rating already 4.62 gila sohai

Previously what is your rating
Suddenly so many people rate you so low...

1. Memory Challenges 3 or 4 or 5...
2. Driver App may encounter unforeseen issues.
- When I chat with the earlier Rider, ping came in but I can’t accept.
- At times when navigating on GPS, may take a while to switch back Driver App, it may accidentally ignored before we could act.
3. Just read my yesterday AR in the Incentive Tab where I was shocked that marginally qualified even though “remembered” clearly my AR was Good.
4. When heavy downpour, data connection may out in large area, says 10km radius. I had few jobs ignored without my knowledge.

They said want to daily reset AR and CR, but I 3 days liao no drive, my AR still 100%. Then now got incentive system error. Glab Glab.. Gelaber betul la..

So far so good. Today AR 87+. Do check the AR in incentives tab periodically to confirm.

I noticed after the new scheme, seldom got continuous short trips, always short and suddenly high fare. Maybe they changed the ping allocation algorithm to game drivers...

Haha i also kena 150+++ daafuq

Collect 4 trips at RM5 each then suddenly boom RM20 RM30 fares both ignored👊👊

This is how Grab has reduced me to tracking my daily LIVE AR, ignore jobs and 'bullets' left hahaaha....

Finished a 10hr day with 29 jobs completed, 4 ignored, 3 Pax cancelled, AR 88.9%

Total crap the system today...from 630-10pm even the normal Job history section was screwed up, delayed showing jobs completed. THe live app incentive really taxing to implement for the brain cells of Grab developers....tiagong got ex FB engineer there also but how come so lousy 1???

This week never have 4 short trips per block, always 2 3 short then boom! Morning usually I just sapu all to save bullets for evening...

I am OK with it cos last few weeks I have been 'training' oredi by Grab with this pattern of job allocations LOL.

And the DR really fucked up, ended last week with 4.95, now dropped to 4.85! Really no mood...

Everybody say use incentive tab to check AR, but incentives tab not live pun. Your pen and paper method is probably the most foolproof.

Why home screen show weekly AR? For HG drivers, the important thing is the daily AR, right?

For me, Monday and Tuesday they did reset my AR on home screen back to zero. But after that stuck at 100%.

Now they say home screen is weekly AR?

Rider unhappy bcoz need wait wait long long and drivers play hide and seek with them, so you yang kena. Not your fault but they give you low rating.

Then should have an Allstars tab ma... Typical China man company, really don't understand employee perspective...

The home screen stats are useless...GRab ofc know this and trying to fix it...but you know the competence of their IT team la....see how they can give free $$ to us already can gauge how serious their incompetence is....

But good thing about chinaman company...when screwup involves $$ on their end, you KNOW the big bosses will be cracking the whip!

i started grabcar this tueday until today just 16 trips until now. first and second day the rating was still at 5 and i drop 4.8 or something on thurs. suddenly i woke this friday morning already 4.62 and when i drove few trips today was hoping for change but nothing happen geez. i registered for Grab car for 2 month or so only started this week cause im tired of uber and tukar angin for a while. The ping is way faster and and the pickup point is certainly nearer. but man someone need to educate the grab car rider more. almost half of the rider around melawati and wangsa maju here got the wrong pickup point its fucking frustrating.
