1. The newly upgraded Driver Help Center App Feature not able to access via iOS.
2. iOS 11 is coming soon, CS replied not to worry & upgrade once it released.?

I have a joyful day as extremely slow ping around Seri Kembangan, the Mines, One South, UPM areas. Not normal 😳

My last experience was no ping for 3 hours & CS told me that I didn't drop off last job for RM8 at 8 hours ago.!!!
Luckily resume after CS intervened the system.

The booking was missing from my screen but I had chat with rider earlier knowing that he is waiting. Out of sudden, booking information gone but I felt uneasy & searching for the rider in the dark. Luckily enough found the rider & his booking was disappeared as well. Since then no ping from 10pm till 9am next morning until found out from CS about the system entanglement issue.

Just accepted a booking to KLIA but disappeared from screen. CS told that I have rejected the booking.? What. A day...

After reinstalled the App, first ping 11.59km away & rider cancelled half way.
What's wrong with the system today???

MooseKaka, a change of path is never easy so as when you broke, no one could help either. Look at the priorities in your options such as reference of the Needs of Maslow.

My iPhone can't access to help desk as yet. Good to hear the Rider Rating feature soon & next expected hiccups is iOS 11 😳

CS said I can install without any issue but the Help Desk upgraded for 2 weeks & iPhone can't access.
I'm very scaptical as Grab is not friendly with iOS 😳

Driver App hanged again since 10:45am, after un-installed & re-installed the latest version still can't sign in.?

3G, 4G even back home with high speed WiFi still showing no internet connection. Struggle for hour & upgraded to iOS 11 & seems resuming now 😡

Yesterday from 10:45am to 3:00pm without any ping. After installation of iOS 11 running smoothly except:
1. No sound alert for incoming booking, my AR accidentally dropped badly.
2. Help desk remains inaccessible
3. Occasionally minor Waze issue that could not find the DOP.

Few regular riders feedback that this week the fare is low. Normally RM18 fare each day and this week RM13 with additional promo.

Network or system down from 5 to 6pm when heavy downpour at Kuchai Lama. Could not “drop-off” Rider & verifying promo code.
