next time you know d... if customer reasonable and really want the car... they will walk especially when told they will have to wait longer if you make big uturn. if they refuse.. better just not take them rather then waste more time making the turn.
today I fetch two ladies lunch time at Mydin jln masjid India. but because part of the road is closed... I could only reach at Haniffa. maybe 100m away. called and told customer where I am.. they happily walk to me. if you know that area it's a sea of ppl. wait not even 1 min they already reach my car. if uturn using waze direction will take 10 mins at least.

Been wondering for so long about this car wrap program . Maybe Grab got offer them personal insurance incase accident happen during the carwrap programme ... Anyone currently in this carwrap program can clarify ?

MSIG E-Hail E-Zee insurance for Uber, Grab drivers

Insurance service provider MSIG Malaysia has introduced E-Hail E-Zee, a motor insurance add-on catered specifically for drivers of ride-hailing services like Uber and Grab. The new offering provides additional coverage on top of those already given for comprehensive motor insurance.

The approved add-on has been created by consulting various parties such as Bank Negara Malaysia and the General Insurance Association of Malaysia (PIAM), and is said to be compliant with incoming regulations requiring drivers to purchase insurance for passengers as well.

Coverage provided by E-Hail E-Zee includes legal liability to and of the passenger, the latter compensating for the passenger’s negligent acts beyond what is reasonable for the driver to control. This includes, for example, the passenger opening the car door without checking, resulting in an accident, damage or injuries to other vehicles or pedestrians.



As such, the full coverage provided to authorised ride-hailing drivers includes:

Loss or damage to the vehicle due to accident
Loss or damage to the vehicle due to fire or theft
Loss or damage to third-party’s vehicle or property
Death or injury to third-party involved in an accident
Legal liability to passengers and legal liability of passengers
Accidental death or permanent disablement to the driver
According to MSIG, because E-Hail E-Zee coverage is risk-based, pricing will depend on several factors, including the sum insured for the vehicle as well as the policyholder’s details. However, it is said to be relatively affordable, with an additional premium of between RM0.30 and RM0.70 a day for a standard vehicle under 1.5 litres with a full 55% no-claims discount (NCD).

E-Hail E-Zee joins a number of new motor insurance add-ons introduced by MSIG since the liberalisation of the motor insurance market earlier this year, including Waiver of Betterment Cost, Limited Special Perils, Smart Key Shield and Driver’s Personal Accident Insurance.

Why lose insurance claim ? At first I thought of opt in the wrap then I read the contract decided not too...am I dumb or what ? Have no idea. Hope the sifus here can advise

I googled it like "world of buzz Malaysian girl share grab" and then read the news. Kinda cheesy but lucky la for that guy, since this girl never exploited unfortunate news or viral about Grab Driver touchy touchy became harassment which female riders tryna avoid. 🙅🙅🙅

At some point I think if you're good looking then sure easy peasy, tribe of yongsui cannot hope or dream this kinda thingy happen in their life, or else better money grows on trees first. 😍🤑

Once fetch a drunk pretty girl touchy touchy on me because her boy friend left her drank alone in the pub and went back to sleep. Chance or not, it's not herself in that state. Let the fly by fly by.... 😐😐😑😑😩😩😞😭😭😭

cant understand how could get this:
5* = 60%
4* = 10%
3* = 10%
2* = 0%
1* = 20%

What really cause riders give the 1*.

Now have to just concentrate with grab.
Just get offline if need to return home from distant locations as before.

My rating also drop .02 yesterday. And I know who is it. Must be the lady I told not to sit in front with the baby because there is an airbag in front and it is better that you sit behind.

We cannot educate our riders. They cannot take it. However, the you can't eat in the car haven't results in a lower rating for me. Maybe because they already know, just trying to gamble.

I think it depends. Some passengers are happy because it makes them understand how to convenience themself when making a booking next time. For me it's always those with wrong pick up location . First I will show them what my app show about their location pick up point so they cannot dispute . Then I tell them next time book when you are at your location, don't book while you walking towards the area you expect to be pick up, or worst book when you are in lrt without keying in the proper station. Few times I kena pick up in the middle of the road along lrt line.

It's a screwed up new world where now even local PPR dwellers r becoming princesses n too lazy too even make a little effort to wave their hands to alert oncoming grab drivers.

For me i dont give a flying fck if they cant accept it.I will always say it straight even if they dont like it.That said, i always try to say it politely and with a low&soft voice. Some people take it positively some people dont.Well u cant always win all the time.Some people when they know what theyre doing is wrong will improve and with that lots of drivers out there wont face the same problems like i did.

If rider frequently cancel grab will banned their imei

Rider can get new device and repeat the offense

Grab driver don't stop reporting to grab
