Today Singaporean Malays booked a place with address around Sogo area, no landmarks. Tried calling and it's international number. Text on app late on delivery. So I passed the area the customer straight call me said she and her family at Primera Hotel (dunno correct or not the name). So I said I tried reaching out but not in time. So without delay I tried to get around the same Sogo road again. Some detour cannot escape so she saw on radar I was turning around here and there, she called again worrying I'm not sure how to get to her location. I was speeding like mad but calm to tell her KL road are not easy to navigate, will get to her when I'm in the same road. When I arrived she explained saw my car, worried I won't fetch her, etc. As calm as I am usually towards foreigners (can't be helped if they really don't know the area, except locals so KNS know also make drivers lost in space), I advise her to check the address and attach a note or text the driver her exact location, as per our knowledge the GPS we were using aren't military grade, so there will be 10-15m accuracy detection. As I added, any shopping mall around KL would have different entrance location, if be more specific drivers won't find a hassle to get around and will save more time for both parties. I think you guys already know what's more in store to explain, I'm like preaching them the Crap's Anatomy. So they were super grateful, RM7 fare give RM13. Sui sui wei... -new wing: behind taxi lane like lobby but can see the hub on the right (last time they give away ice cream? MCH use the money fix our texting server issue wei... Always delayed and not delivered. Wait for customer to reply dang long time like idioticlits...)
-old wing: either can drive inside parking at TGIF, or thisrn left, taxi stand/lane inwards, or go further front a bit to avoid stuck in traffic inside, be sure to plan with customer first before arrive

But then it was during second ping on first booking. Customer also saw how it happened. MCH now I farking know. I always maintain 100% AR and this is the stolen ping reason...
