Because i have some health problem at July and my boss agree to let me rest for 1 or 2 month. Just start try grab around one week ago. So ya, if the income really low, will just go back previous job next month.

Today bad luck kena 3 time passenger no show report operator then cancel.1) rider arab phone no. chat me wait at gate klcc . The location pickup near Jalan p ramli.dun know cancel. 2)pickup location lebuh ampang,but inform me putrajaya dun want to cancel.3) india temple at tun hs lee.arrive in 3min.rider no show call cut off my phone.call 4time ask me to cancel.call cs report.call against rider and the my 2nd phone to let cs listen what The rider say. cs promise me to personal report direct to The relevant dept. to ban The rider account.check with cs when you transit rider evan you turn off available button. The hour coverage are count.aftet drop off no count.need to turn on.need to work hard to maintain my platinum status.

My 2nd day i did same thing. Charged the promo to pasenger. I massage him back and bank into his account. I dont think he will complaint because i bank in already. Anyway that day all my pasenger knows its my 2nd day as grab driver.

This is actually the wrong training grab teach us. It says in the training video or pdf that you only press drop off after passenger get out of car. The problem is after press drop off only then you see the receipt bill list, toll and promo amount. How do i know the promo amount and charge rider before rider drop off? Clearly the trainer never do grab before training 😡. Lesson learned after that incident just press drop off 🤗

After u press drop off, you will go to a screen in which u can enter the toll, then u press proceed will go to the final screen in which the system add in fares + toll - promo code = total fares that should collected from rider provided it is pay by cash.

If total fares is 0, means rider no need pay u any. Grab will reimburse the promo code to u the next day. If deduct the promo still have balance, collect that balance from rider.

this few days got annoying ad/banner on top of the drop off screen when rider using grabpay.... to remind you not to collect cash because rider used grab pay. problem is a few times already, if you don't click the close button on that reminder... it won't let the drop off process continue, ie when you click the drop off button nothing happens... force you to close the grab pay banner first.

Hi all. Lets all become thick face ask for 5star. Then riders will know this rating really imporant to us. My rating also drop already.

I dont know if the riders app shows the same rate meaning as drivers?? Meaning 5star= ok. If rider app shows 4star=ok, Then its not same standard. We sure will lose. How to know which pasenger give us low rating? We dont know. Maybe grab dont like you and purposely lower your rating? Rating and comment of each rider should be seen by driver in history. Then we know which incident and can improve.

I never use rider app before. One day must try.

i look at it driving as 11am to 5pm all P during weekdays is not worth it for full time. this period hard to get incentive....

though more trip than teksi but actually worse than teksi driver as fare is lower and need to pay 20% to Crapcar.

it will be just still a kuli with cheapskate rider and fare.

Found bad experience pickup at KLCC

Customer put Coach

At night guard already close the entrance facing Avenue K neary the coach

Spend 10 minutes chit chat and finally fedup cancel with rider no show

Customer call and i just ignore it

Second ping masuk setel tongue.gif

Do note someone insider said u ignore 5 job this week u kena softban 24 hours anyone here kena?

Im still barely one. Just happy with 300-350 incentives weekly.

Though i sapu all yesterday, 2 klia trips and 1 genting. Was on leave btw hence had the time to drive.

The b2b appears to be not really where the pickup or drop off is, it is where u are exactly when the ping comes.

Eg. I was otw to capri bangsar south and was ard opposite of mid valley when ping came. I was about 4km to dropoff..

Think they delay incentive payout is to let their system calculate to block the driver.
Doubt still can get back last week incentive not if I no go attend.

Time for them to slowly phase out those incentive driver who pay 20% comms

Why ignore? Just answer it and tell them nicely. Next time, inform the rider before you cancel, be professional. If I'm the rider, you kena already...tongue.gif
