I got thank you surprise last year from 30 to 50 mb. Last month upgraded rye 2017 rm10. Yesterday switch pack to jumbo lite but still processing 7 working day..

after reading comments here, i called Unifi to get a better deal.. currently paying 199 for 50mbps.. Unifi's answer -> Account already enjoyed free speed upgrade UniFi Advance Plus 50Mbps (Thank You Campaign 2017) since 28/02/2017.

they are refused to downgrade to 30mbps RM139 package coz its for new subscribers, it seems. and said all promo is for new users, got no promo for me.

Not under contract since last year July 2017... so quite arrogant jugak this UNIFI..

P/s. im paying 199 exc GST...so the bill is 200plus..

After the RYE2017 upgrade u should get Jumbo pack for free on top of your existing VAR pack.

Want to get Rm139 package for 30Mbps?
Just walk in to any TM-Point and demand for this and should be all good, so far I haven't see anyone successful get it through chat/phone call.

I managed to change to RM139 package for my parent (mid of Feb 2018) and my own (mid of Mar 2018) through TMPoint.
Even the staff told me too many people complaint and report to MCMC, later their upper management decide allow walk-in customer to change it.

No 2 rm189 withou gst. With gst rm199.10 with 600 min call too

i see, it might be due to some adj, prorated kind of thing. Amount after gst should be RM200+. that is how i am in shocked that my internet fees is this high...over RM200, but with this speed it is worth it 

Pro-rated amount for first month. RM 189 after GST is RM 200.35 (payable).
