The prorate/rebate looks a bit messy, probably due to multiple adjustments (?).

Are you happy with with the RM189.00 without STD calls? If you are ok with it, then I suggest you just leave it as it is.

if not, you could refer to TM billing for clarification. But for your bill which so complex, i think the counter staff will also have some problem understanding it tongue.gif

Maybe I will call them later.

Anyway I saw this Voice Premium Calls (Barring IDD Call + 600) on my unifi account. Is this STD calls?

as you all know, unifi new package 30 mbps is RM 130 something. I am currently using unifi 30mbps RM187. can I downgrade the price to rm130 ? The package still under contract.
*
Just wanna ask is it wisable to downgrade to the cheaper package than using RM187 package? The contract still got like more than a year.

I just received my first bill after they upgrade my plan to
RYE 100Mbps.

I don't really understand what are they billing me.
...
*
Mine also after upgrade to RYE100 don’t understand the bill. The only difference is that I was charged less, instead of more like most of you, for 2 bills after my upgrade. First was less around RM10. 2nd bill was almost RM30 less. Now waiting for 3rd bill to see what’s going on.

Just relating my experience with my first bill.

My first bill received after upgrading to the 100Mbps plan under RYE was also confusing for me. I too was informed that I will be charged RM 189 + GST = 200.34. However, my first bill showed an amount of some RM 10 more. Like others, my bill has a list of what looked like amounts charged for previous and current plan, with various discounts applied as well. I figured that the next bill should show the exact amount, with more straightforward itemized billings, and I was right.

So, I'm glad that I didn't bother to call up TM for clarification and saved myself time and possibly sanity. Also the RM 10 extra is not going to break the bank.

To those having received their first bills, and trying to understand why you're charged higher. My advice, don't bother, and look at the second bill, then call up TM should there be any discrepancies found.

I've seen some people are fighting TM for a ridiculously small amount, less than RM 5, I just can't understand why even bother subscribing to Unifi, when there are plenty of cheaper pre-paid wireless broadband as viable alternatives.

Hope this helps.

My billing is crazy too after RYE 100mbps upgrade.
Also I don't get the best deal like you guys rm189, cause mine is rm209 sad.gif

1st bill was rm391.15 (gst incl). Paid with out question thinking its because of the prorated and what not.

2nd bill was rm316.95 (gst incl). This is obviously wrong. So I make report instantly to livechat and ask them to recheck.
The staff acknowledges the error and submit a ticket.

After a few days, received sms saying adjustment have been made.
Now current bill is rm -30.28, negative amount lol rclxms.gif

I don't know how they calculate. Have to wait next month bill I guess.

i concur on this...my first bill after upgrading to 100Mbps also rm10 extra

but i didn’t bother to complain and the following 2nd bill is correct with 189 + 6% gst

if extra rm5-15 just let it go

Guys, I just fixed my unifi 10 days ago and yesterday all my setup box, modem and router burned. Can I get the replacement? Reason was because of irregular power supply from outside tnb supply.

How to go about it?

Chk with ur neighbour if they face the same problem. Then make police report together and list ur losses in the report.
After that make official report to tnb.
At the same time go to tm also try to do warranty claim.

If ur lucky tnb will compensate ur losses and tm shall replace the dead equipment.

Hi, i’ve just offset my points against my bill, may I know when will it be reflected? My billing date is 7th every month.

I’m going to terminate my current line so I was wondering when it will be shown in the billing. Even if they pro rate, I’m not sure whether the offset credit will be shown.

In short, my package is the old package where I’m paying Rm149 for 10 Mbps. One tm agent suggested to cancel this and take the new package at Rm139 but have to register under another name. Just wondering, after 2 years when it is back to the normal price, can I downgrade if I want to?

After 2 years ur will be out of contract. Basically u can do anything without kena penalty.
Can upgrade , downgrade, change package or change isp altogether.

Better double check next bill that they don't charge you the RM10 reactivation fee.
