Yes, i request for remain rm189 after 2 years but they only offer 24 months, still i can save 700+ for 24 months, which is alot. N i think after 2 year mayb 100Mbps is the most basic pack.

Yes, RM10 upgrade to 100mbps is forever but apparently not for everyone. Some have to agree to 2 years only in order to get the upgrade. But 2 years is a long time, I bet there'll be better deals by then.

I didn't receive the SMS either, read about it here, called 100 and got the upgrade.
