Just chatted with them on live chat, and I asked them to send someone over to change the router as the one I was using (dir 615) is horrible performance wise, but they said I'd be charged RM53 if the problem is not on their side, wth? Those of you who've gotten the upgrade, did TM replace your routers for free?

I'm currently on 50 mbps thank you surprise package, so what's the best deal that I can get out of this offer? I saw many of you got the special discount 50, is that some thing we have to ask or it comes with the rye package? also, I'm currently subscribing ruby pack, does that mean I get to keep my existing ruby and jumbo once I move to this package?

Anyone knows what's the maximum speed attainable for high rise building?

Called TM to inquire about the RYE upgrade and was told that as my home is high rise, it could only support up to 50 mbps

aahhh, thanks for the info, I don't think my neighbors will entertain my request to pressure TM but I am curious, has any one succeeded before and got TM to upgrade to fiber?

Called TM once again just now, was told this time to drop by TMpoint, apply and wait for the technical team to visit my place to check whether 100 can be supported
