yes, they need your ic and thumb print at TM point to proceed, so acct holder hv to be present

Called 100 2 days back and asked about the RM10 upgrade eventho i didnt get the sms. They said cannot because i already got the maximum speed for my apartment building which is 50mbps.

probably within 7 working days after your report unless you requested it to be on weekend, then it might be a bit longer. If they drag you, then u hv to call 100 a few times to make new report, they hv to attend to you eventually. What btu and router are you using now btw?

i am not sure what type of BTU and router
it is square shape and white in color with TM embossed on top of it

Check my house address. No port available. My neighbour next door got unifi already. Aiks...tm asked to wait ...wait wait... Dunno until when. Is so hard to increase port? Normally need wait how long. Any other option?

fruitie My December bill is out, RM 189.75 w/o any free call & jumbo packs, but I really saw with my eyes that the operator clicked the option. Everything remained unchanged. mega_shok.gif

Nope, because my mum tried to call a local number & ended up charge on the bill so there's no free call for my package. I told her to use her mobile instead of the cordless phone.

I'm currently using FIBERHOME modem as given by TM last year, anyone knows whether this modem support Fast or Gigabit Ethernet?

Haha try my luck asking TM shop can upgrade 100mbps bonanza even just 1 month old using 50mbps old pricing feeling luckless laugh.gif doh.gif oh well maybe next time
