Simple explanation, you didn't have free calls all this while until your recent RM 10 upgrade.

RM189 after RM 10 upgrade should come together with both free call and jumbo pack... This is what I knew from the conversation.

Yes, that was what I have been told before.
However, I already have it all this while included in my package, so this wasn't really my concern as the CS said it will be grandfathered to this new package.

Really? but why no jumbo packs, but not a big deal cos I hate the HyppTV video quality.

You will need to check with CS. I suggest you to check with them.

Well, I suppose you're entitled to it. Its still better to clarify with them on it.

Finally, went to TM Point Quill Mall to asked about the RM10 upgrade. Very good CS and entertain me nicely. But, unlucky me she said cannot upgrade because i already got the maximum speed for my condo which is 50Mbps . She also try to help me tp upgrade by click the proceed, but system rejected. Haha. Very sad.

I also have good experience with Quill City Mall TM Point too, went there twice and all attended promptly.

After upgrade have to pay RM209 for 100mbps + free calls + jumbopack.

Which means i will be paying RM209 , instead of RM189.00
