Anyone know why the tel phone sometime suddenly hang up?
This problem persists for 1-2years,sometime chatting with someone with the tel phone,and suddenly hang up and no one hang up at that time.

my BTU is new i guess since the tm technician came to install unifi 30Mbps in Feb 2017, previously i was using the tm stock modem router for streamyx

Friend, you shouldn't keep the modem in closed ambient. You will shorten its lifespan. tongue.gif

didnt you see the back panel of the cabinet has been removed. ample air to the cabinet.

correct. i didnt put in the back panel for that particular compartment due to need to run wiring to there and to allow air flow into that area.

gonna add a cooler pad to the BTU and router on top. just havent had time to go and get it.

Never hang, but I'm using WiFi adapter & sometimes will lag a bit, not sure too many wireless network nearby my area or Dota 2 server issue.

I like to drag the seek bar when watching YouTube, not smooth enough for me since I'm pretty picky. Hmm, so far never DC so considered the line is decent stable.

Nope. I stay in condo. Recently free upgrade to 50mbps. I get full speed.
Rm189 package.

Test with a cable, if you get full speed using a cable then it's something interfering with wifi.

Not normal.. Check your device and switch to 5Ghz.. See how.. Most often, it's either the router or the test device is limited.
