nothing went wrong, tm billed correctly

Nothing wrong. It's prorata charge. Maybe the time he register, the person in charge didn't brief him regarding to it.

This TM is really giving very confusing packages...

Just asked via live chat if I can upgrade from my current UniFi Lite 10Mbps to 30Mbps, complete with the HyppTV Jumbo Pack for just an additional RM10 a month, they said no this is for new customers only.

But the bill show different..look like separate hypptv
Is it really rm139?
Please help me im confuse now..hu2

The best option is visit the nearest TM Point.
I managed to get mine upgraded after registering at TM Point.
But the HyppTV they only offer me Jumbo Lite, but I decided to stick to Aneka pack

7/11/2017 to 15/11/2017 > this one is the prorata charge.

16/11/2017 to 15/12/2017 > this one is your bonanza package.

Same goes to the hypptv pack.

So, it's RM 109 for internet + RM 30 for your hypptv = RM139 without gst.

It's correct.

your bill is correct.

your current bill is 1 months commitment + prorated charges..

one month charge as follow.
unifi advance RM109 +Hypptv RM30 =RM139

hypptv is billed separately since day 1

[(Bonanza package RM 139 + prorata charge RM 40.35) x gst 6%] + first time stamp duty charge RM 10

= RM 190.1 + RM 10

=RM 200.10

You only need to pay RM 139 + 6% for the following months. THis is just first time only.

i walked into a tm point.

was told, "no such +rm10 50->100mbps deal anywhere"; "100mbps is rm239".

i told the person-in-charge to go read forums, check with colleagues, other tm points.

looks like some covert ops going on since even some tmpoint people know nothing!


i expected nothing and got nothing.

Received upgrade to 50mbps ,my acc show 24months discount not perpetual discount

Is this the RM10 upgrade? Better call TM to clarify.

Yes ,with Rm10 upgrade ,my plan now change to UniFi Advance Plus 50Mbps - RYE 2017

This shows the internet is actually RM169. But you get a RM60 discount. So its RM109.
The HyppTV costs RM30. So total is RM109 + RM30 = RM139.

This is the reason why they say for 24 months only. Because the RM60 discount will be there only for the 2 years. When they remove that discount, the bill will go back to RM169 + RM30 = RM199 after the 2 years.

The RM199 is the price as it stands now. In 2 years, it will probably not be the same. Or you have choice to change package or terminate or go to another provider etc after the 2 year contract.

Ok, this is what I got.....

Was on VIP5/RM149, free upgraded to 10Mbps last year. Received the SMS last week and went to TMPoint this morning to upgrade. Now RM159 for 30Mbps with Jumbo Pack. Was told that the price is for 2 years (contract) only and no more free call unless pay another RM20/month. Upgrade should complete within 24hours and all I have to do is to reboot my router.

So after 2 years, if the price increase or TM start to charge me for the Jumbo Pack, I will terminate.
