If I remember correctly, the TnC of the Thank You campaign was that you have to apply, which you did, and have your Unifi activated before Mar 1. Let me see if I can find the pdf.

just got my free upgrade 50meg. Taman Seputeh. is Telekom is supposed to give me a new router? cos no-one call me just got sms to restart modem and router only.

No router will be provided for upgrade to 50Mbps.

Oh? 30 to 50Mbps, supposedly just restart BTU, they won't visit at all.

i tested with speedtest but seem like it is still 30mbps

Hi guys.

I have problem. I went to TM point to subscribe for unifi ( had to wait a long time also ) . Unlucky for me, they said the unifi ports are full and have to wait.

Question: Anyway to push them to add a new port? Living in cahaya heights.

Either you pay for the cost for setting up additional port or untill they have enough customer pending for port they will set it up.

Lodge a complain to TM
Probably port reset need to be done.

mine also maintaining archer c5 router

just got mine upgraded from 50mbps to 100mbps yesterday together with Tp Link C1200. however, weirdly enough wifi speed test upload is 0mbps. guys any idea on this?
