The roof is too big and steep. A lot of space will be wasted internally and the ceiling height is confined, otherwise externally looks good.

Will big and steep roof cause internal better ventilation and cooler?

faster completion only save more interest in absolute amount bro... mana ada slow2 disbursement... later they claim til stage 2(b) already and never move... u will be paying that small amount of interest like forever eventually it became more expensive in total...

Not necessary so. Modern design houses now come with flat roofs. If the developers install layers of cooling materials inside the roofs, it would be cooler.

Flat roof is harder to maintain, requires waterproofing, and regular maintenance to keep it clean which are added cost, however, brings contemporary design to a building. Sloped roof with roof tiles is easier cheaper and easier to maintain, typical roof insulation like Rockwool is effective in heat and sound insulation, it's more cost-effective to maintain in the long run.
