Macam is change layout + smaller + no extra store room + prices sightly higher 🤔

Since block C & D has more unit per block compared to A & B, they do not have store room at parking level and will used for parking lots. At podium level of Block C & D will have aquatic gym and pool. This is the only info I have from another agent in the gallery, he never talked about changes to unit layout though.

But also made me wonder, 2022 VP but now still haven’t sell c and D. Sempatkah?

yea... its all building simultaneously anyway.... the developer have plenty of cash to complete project even not selling well anyway....

they still have 3 more years to sell the rest of everything.
