They said low density?  EH have 4 blocks of condo. That alone is not low density.

Maintenance is rm600.00 per month. I am very happy with that price. Just for the security alone i am willing to pay. But 5 years down the road...will there be a drop in standard security?  Wat if more than 40% owner refuse to pay?

To this day, gita bayu near balakong jaya, their security are top notch. May be its because many datuk or tan sri in side. 

I really love EH. I am still trying to accept the problems i foresee in the future.  I like the concept.  I am staying in gita bayu atm.

I was advised about the pros and cons in buying EH. Gita bayu have its pros and cons too. Lol.

I registered my interest with EH for the landed terrace houses. EH notified me via SMS, they will give priority to those who have registered with them (not opened to public yet) and aske dthat I bring 25k cheque to secure the booking.


Before that I went to check other properties and visited 3 other projects around Cheras and Kajang areas. After much thoughts and alos realising the problems that you have highlighted and also not comfortable with 4 condos sharing the project with the landed properties, I decided against it. The same price tha tyou mentioned, I can and have decided to get a semi dees in one of the projects and happy with that.

Yes, you think carefully, the pros and cons (applies to all projects)before you go ahead with your decision. I have no issue with EH, except that I found an alternative which I think is better for me.

The roof is too big and steep. A lot of space will be wasted internally and the ceiling height is confined, otherwise externally looks good.

Not necessary so. Modern design houses now come with flat roofs. If the developers install layers of cooling materials inside the roofs, it would be cooler.
