The location looks nice as in Cheras. Can anyone please share your thoughts on this township like developer, location, pros and cons compared to nearby township, etc?

sometimes theres a reason why condo in alam damai not selling well.... generally there are a few low density freehold condos there... and the sales going damn slow.... especially those located further behind from the PRIMA ones....

Notice at hill side of this emerald hill have a TNB PMU plant there.
Wonder any study of the EMF reading done before this ? on the radio active ?

Got 2 and 3 storeys too, am interested in 2 storeys but guess price wont cheap

Where is the location?

The entrance of this project is at rundown shoplot of Desa Cheras. The entire development was part of Desa Cheras

Their showroom is next to Nissan Alam Damai at Damai Niaga.

Understand at Desa Cheras freehold land, this dev die die also have to market it as Alam Damai...

It is better describe as sales gallery. Will check it out next weekend.

Not surprise as the name of 'Alam Damai" is so famous that there are few developments at Damai Perdana like Damai Hill Park and Damai Vista also marketed it's location as Alam Damai. Even Sutera Residences at Bukit Belimbing also did the same. Recently Maxim residence located at Taman Len Seng also renamed as Maxim Alam Damai

Somehow ijm next to it doesn't follow "damai" term, instead, using its own branding Riana, Manda'-Rina...

This conda are just next to PR1MA.
