Any news on HOC? The MOT for 1.4mil is around 40k+ if not free...

Rm40k really a huge money...
BTW, government initiative HOC free MOT only until end of June 2019...bit our MOT maybe 2022....so we may entitle?

The HOC waiver period is based on your SPA (or SNP) document date.

the main objective of the Hoc campaign is to clear the unsold completed units in the market, for property to be qualified for stamp duty exemption under this campaign , the developer is required to submit its unit to the Redha for approval. i don't think Emerald hills is under Hoc campaign as it is still in launching and construction stage ,so there will be no stamp duty exemption

I just went back from the sale gallery, and I have noticed there are numbers of people asking for this project... Good to see that....

I also captured the construction board, for our information... Not sure how well these contractors, but I believe they can do well...

i really hope the trees are still there after vp. just worried will be like cloudtree - brochure have full of them, but in real almost half gone.

I c... Can ask lawyer to backdate.. (gaotim)
Since is not stamping date..

Meaning can sign on Dec 2019, and backdate to April 2019

Can pass through for HOC
