this is strata township, so landed home also got 3 yrs vp period.

but landed homes don't need 3 years to complete....even main con also wont be given 3 yrs to complete, just normal term for them only.....i.e 2 yrs or 18mths.

there is absolutely no advantages for developer to award contract earlier to main cons to complete the house earlier, and they have to pay main con earlier.....

Hopefully other unit will be same as the show unit since the unit has been seen and commented by Edmund (I assume it is bare unit)...

Can say the same for pretty much a lot of Whatsapp group that I ended up being 'dragged' into.

previous my other house, before VP they can all discuss the tiles of the corridor for 2 whole months. after VP, they can discuss which grill to install for almost 4 months

but sometimes got really important information inside also lah... like VP letter already sent i x sampai2 my house cause MIA until i saw them talking about in the group chat
