beside of swimming pool , there is also a podium in level 7 (garden with playground) and also lvl 28. Nowaday as what my experience staying condo some of the facilities also less use.

i think those subsales link house in tropicana height are around 600k++... brand new and no one stay there before... the overall environment are not bad but not up to the level of DPC... but its better than your majority taman taman style landed... MKH new launching last year also around 650k but not sure whats the size though... the closest nice environment can be compare to is jade hill in kajang... but i think they dont have link house around sub 700k... haha

pai seh... not really 6xxk plus... more to 7xxk.... the latest time my fren press an owner for a fairfield around 740k... owner reluctant but still keep the option open for him.... most of it expecting at least 760k and above.... only those MKH projects can put below 700k but then no landscaping... haha

JH is probably one of the lowest density developments ever. Unfortunately this translates to very low population and with the long access road, therefore rather unsustainable commercials which spurred a condo development. Would say landscape is better than Sep in general but thats subjective I guess.

JH water also similar colour at times due to ongoing development washing sediment down the hill. Complaints fall on deaf ears.

Quality of material used does not necessarily mean better landscape but granted everyone has own appreciation of artforms. If branding of grass float your boat then that's great. Know someone who consider both Sep and Jh ugly.

well i think compared to other kajang township projects... they are the nicest in term of landscaping and environment... haha... tropicana height not bad as well... but still some standard away from jade hill... haha... i would say jade hill quite comparable to SEP in term of the environment....

SEP i have relative stay inside there... so went there alot of times... JH my fren staying there... just went during last CNY... fresh memory... haha... i can't compare with others like SEG or DPC as my memories on them quite long while ago..

yea wor.... when i went in... i can feel the same way i feel with SEP.... and SEP is actually very desirable for own stay to me... except on the lake water...

for a newer development... JH is doing well in term of landscaping... i also looking forward to stay there if i am afforded to own one.... but thats subjective for me la...   

setia alam bigger township la got mall many shops multiple schools everything and proper highway access albeit jam like hell. JH is just small secluded dot in comparison and need to weave in through the factory road. i just find it very funny the old man question whether people been inside either to comment differently from him.
