Just to shared my thought.

I've bought a Type A (1195sqft) at Block B, facing south, forrest view, back on June 2018.
Love the ambient, and i think this would be a great place to start a family with my gf. Away from highway tolls and MRT. Really good spot to rest, yet, close to the city.

Still, not so satisfied with the developer due to their "promises". I bought the unit without any special offer, paid the upfront payment and booking as per requested.

Right after i sign the SnP, there are agents offering a 3k cash rebate, which i don't get it, since i've already bough it.
Which is a total disappointment.

I just went back from the sale gallery, and I have noticed there are numbers of people asking for this project... Good to see that....

I also captured the construction board, for our information... Not sure how well these contractors, but I believe they can do well...
