The location even tho closed to city centre but it quite jam during peak hour as the road connected to major highway (eg east west link) will hugely packed with cars due to few traffic light before reaching junction to turn onto the said highway. Hopefully in near future will have alternatives routes.

understand that this elevated highway got objections from various alam damai's existing residences as this highway will cause nuisance to them due to various reasons.

But still is one of a better alternatives as the place currently is highly congested with UCSI already moved there and few development already undergoing or completed. The place seriously need alternatives route...

It seem that Malaysia only require 20m from the centre of powerline as minimum requirement compare with 25m distance requirement in Australia. Almost no magnetic field effect after 20m as per photo below.

Well even Australia only require 25m as buffer zone may indicate this is safe otherwise as a country advocate for safety and environment friendly country won't has such law imo.

The study is done on EMF from single individual High tension tower cable.

But what is appear in Emerald Hills site is called "Pencawang Masuk Utama" PMU, looks like triple or "x" more severe effect from the EMF c'pare to those individual tower ?

Better to have 3rd party doing up the reading at side there to collect the data, for those interested

got, my current KL house and MIL KL house no jam even during peak hours... problems?

Based on Google result: Guidelines from Selangor government,  PMU need to be at least 12.2 meter away from the nearest building, my goodness it even closer than 20m for single line HTC, PMC lesser risk than HTC?
