I think the developer may not have any problems selling the terrace houses. It's a freehold land, has KL address and within 12 km radius to KL city centre. Alam Damai is well-connected to everywhere via highways; one can go south, east, west, north easily.

The condos may be tough to sell at current market, though. 4 nos some more.

I&P has a plan to launch a condoplex in Alam Damai by end of the year. It will be interesting to see how they will price the condos.

The location even tho closed to city centre but it quite jam during peak hour as the road connected to major highway (eg east west link) will hugely packed with cars due to few traffic light before reaching junction to turn onto the said highway. Hopefully in near future will have alternatives routes.

Logically, the rate should the same. Total amount depends on the condo unit built up area.
