And because it's closer to city, it's not any cheaper than any of those newer properties further away. Also, some people would want to have consistency on the house facades/designs. Say if you purchase and renovate, your neighbours might be still the same old houses filled with old furnitures or unused stuff on their front yard.

So in the end it's about what you want.

On earlier post what I meant very jam/congested is the 'connecting road' towards main road / main highway. Not all 'connecting road' in KL is jam. Some forum member here are too ignorant stating like whole KL road is in gridlock condition when in peak hour.

If ur in Alam damai I can almost say the connecting road towards the main highway is mostly jam... But if u live near Taman Connaught/ mandarina courts, the connecting road towards east West link at most is slow moving but not in jam condition.

And yes places like in Taman shamelin heading towards KL city at most also slow moving but not till jam condition due to it's unique location. All in all not all KL roads is jam as per some ignorant member here.

you're damn right. for example, live in guangdong cemetery KL, just 10 minutes can reach KL city. no jam at all, until maybe Berjaya Times Square area.

old taman taman alot is like that one... not only alam damai... most of the cheras taman also sempit... and still have cars park at the sempit roadside.... its just depends on how creative u are... laugh.gif laugh.gif
