Not surprise as the name of 'Alam Damai" is so famous that there are few developments at Damai Perdana like Damai Hill Park and Damai Vista also marketed it's location as Alam Damai. Even Sutera Residences at Bukit Belimbing also did the same.  Recently Maxim residence located at Taman Len Seng also renamed as Maxim Alam Damai

Ya u probably right on location hence the price.

The location even tho closed to city centre but it quite jam during peak hour as the road connected to major highway (eg east west link) will hugely packed with cars due to few traffic light before reaching junction to turn onto the said highway. Hopefully in near future will have alternatives routes.

understand that this elevated highway got objections from various alam damai's existing residences as this highway will cause nuisance to them due to various reasons.

But still is one of a better alternatives as the place currently is highly congested with UCSI already moved there and few development already undergoing or completed. The place seriously need alternatives route...
