40 ft is the minimum distance from PMU to boundary of adjacent building. 66ft is the High tension cable reserve, not the setback requirement. Technically HTC could run next to the boundary if there is no setback requirement
*
HTC impact is higher than PMU ie 10-30uT vs 0.1-6.6uT

PMU contains 132KV/33KV transformers, which step down voltage from 132KV to 33KV. PPU then step down voltage from 33KV to 11KV. These PMU and PPU can't be classified as sub-station. Substation is referring to the small 11KV/415V Substations located at housing estates/condo etc.

I see, PMU contains 132kV/33KV, based on the report its magnetic fields less than 10uT. Buffer zone 20m is sufficient

Buffer zone for PMU is only 12.2 meter compare with 20 meter requirement for HTC implied that HTC has more impact than PMU, no?

tell me, which parts of KL within 12km radius to city centre that are not jam during peak hours?
*
Cheras is very big. From Yewlek (Yulek) onwards to Kajang it's considered the jam part of Cheras due to the never-ending constructions and developments. The part of Cheras that's closer to Taman Maluri is considered less congested but it's very very matured.

yes, but the 2000+ units of condo residents can freely walk through your area as well, especially the linear garden when your house don't have gate, only secure by own house glass door..
with single entry, driving in/out is a hassle too...where are those extra car going to park ? probably at the road side before entering the main entrance...

Such an odd system.
I thought they I have another level of security for both condo and terrace.
Whats the point of condo residents entering to terrace area? Except they wanna jog, around then that's okay. But if they were to park at terrace area it'll be like invading into other people's land or privacy lol

Closer to Maluri means it's Pandan Perdana and Indah.
Last time was okay. But ever since more malls and condos are piling up, the traffics bare no longer loose. Rush hour it'll jam like hell, even residential area are jammed as well

Probably not up to the extent park in front of your house. But they can walk around your doorstep at liner park.

Nope, there are still Shamelin, Taman Pertama, Permaisuri, Bandar Tun Razak, and Taman Midah. It depends on where's your destination. If it's KL, all the mentioned tamans especially Shamelin and Taman Pertama, you can reach KL much faster as compared to say Connaught. Traffic within the roads of these tamans I would say are much less congested if you compare to that road from behind UCSI heading straight into Bandar Damai Perdana.

Buthen again, all of the tamans mentioned are already very matured, thus the houses also quite old. If you wee to purchase any of those now, the down side is you probably have to spend quite a bit on renovations especially wiring and all. And because it's closer to city, it's not any cheaper than any of those newer properties further away. Also, some people would want to have consistency on the house facades/designs. Say if you purchase and renovate, your neighbours might be still the same old houses filled with old furnitures or unused stuff on their front yard.

So in the end it's about what you want.
