Do you know in which location will the TNB PMU power plant sittted in this map ?
It looks like in Landed house location, right ?

There will only be 1 gate for the entire development, as shown on master plan. Residents have free access to all roads within the development

Who/Where should we get to confirm on the PMU location ?
was made to know it is at the landed house site.

I didn't check as I'm not interested on their properties.

Btw, preliminary prices for their properties are as follows:

1. 2 storey 22x75 - RM1.2 mil and above
2. 3 storey 22x75 - RM1.5 mil and above
3. condo - starting from RM620 psf

I'm sure there are many units with balcony. Usually developers using balconies for elevation effect. Otherwise, the fa├žade will be very plain

You need to do some work on google map as the developer would not show the exact location of PMU, as their sales will be affected. Btw, the actual location of PMU is indeed closer to the terrace houses than my sketch

yes, the google map had shown huge PMU just next to it.
but from the map, cant really figure out the exact location.

those interested should take a closer look on this PMU plant

For the 2 storey 1.2m consider exp, maybe bcoz freehold probably

For the same price, there are many option out der with bigger land size example like 16sierra at puchong....

Refer to sketch on google map. The PMU should be near the main entrance to the development
