not bad 1.2mil for that kind of land size.... with this distance to KL not really too far away.... just that in and out during peak hours is headache.... tongue.gif tongue.gif

the condo abit overprice... around this area... i think only PRIMA have the highest density in term of highrise....

At this part of Cheras - West of Cheras-Kajang Highway from Connought to Batu 11, Alam Damai could be considered as one of the highest end place, apart from The Peak and Hussein Onn.

subsales aside... the damai citra one also circa around 1m +-.... hahah.... we assume emerald hills will be given some sort of rebates and freebies subsequently... so its the market price for that area for new landed.... luckily they din make it 20x70 or 20x65 to sell it....

that is provided the TNB high tension power plant which can provide radioactive EMV reading in this area and must be taken and studied by independent party.

if not, have the risk of resident running to health tumors / cancel problems. hopefully SA watching the blog can elaborate further on this

I think the developer may not have any problems selling the terrace houses. It's a freehold land, has KL address and within 12 km radius to KL city centre. Alam Damai is well-connected to everywhere via highways; one can go south, east, west, north easily.

The condos may be tough to sell at current market, though. 4 nos some more.

I&P has a plan to launch a condoplex in Alam Damai by end of the year. It will be interesting to see how they will price the condos.

I don't think so, unless buyers don't have the cancer problems with the EMV release by TNB PMU next to it.
Believe the old project at the same site had experience bad taking up, that why they revise the plan now.

Freehold but no health, what the points ? unless proven by independent party the EMV reading is low and not harmful ?
