sagging only happens if

1) you take roids
2) you depend too much on creatine
3) you eat like a pig and stop working out

i wanna noe how much powerlifters can lift more in a smaller physique compared to a bodybuilder....i'm a strong believer of size=/=strength. But how far is the difference....that's what makes me question.

Are you trying to say size=strength or size not= strength?

[=/=] means [not equal to] in mathematical equations.

and i think most people here knows that size doesn't equal to strength.

You can't say that. Too many factors and variables. Joint strength, etc. Those who train for hypertrophy don't really attempt lifts which are more than 90% of their 1 RM max.

No doubt Oly lifters are strong but they are no way as strong as a powerlifter. An Oly movement is more skill than strength. Liek in a vid i posted, a small 15 year old Chinese boy could smatch 3 big plates a side.

Agreed. Although not of significant sized to be labelled big but my lifts are certainly relatively small to my weight!

well in all fairness to joey kun i think he's trying to gather the fact that creatine does give you a bit of bloat that takes a really long time to get rid of.

And yea i've seen that guy around man. He's always wearing his trendy nike zip up shirts.Nice guy.

That's because your training is hypertrophy oriented, the neural efficiency is different because you train for high volume. Same as a hardcore powerlifter would not be able to do the amount of volume you can do.

Lately I have started twice a week arm routine. Works fine for me. 1 heavy volume on arm day itself (D2) and 1 lighter volume on shoulder day (D4) but equally heavy. Triceps getting some shape relative to previously.
