anyone has experience in using lte signal booster for digi infinite? my area inside house fluctuate 2-15mbps depends on peak/non peak hours, but outside ~ 20-30meter from my house consistent 20-40mbps... will i benefit anything if using lte signal booster eg; MYMB or Myamplifier.com

I've experience with MYMB but end up return it because it is not working for me.. Inside my house and outside my house I also getting 2mbps with 1-2 signal bar.. Then i buy the indoor 88dbi mimo antenna and connect to my modem.. I got better signal and download speed which is 5mbps but it is still not very consistent sometimes can drop to 2mbps.. Then i decide to put it out of my window and the result surprised me.. I can get consistent 4 signal bar and download speed at 10mb/s-20mb/s which is enough for me as my area got no unifi only 4mb/s streamyx.. So you can try and buy outdoor antenna straight connect to your modem which is more cheapear and easier...

Just got my Digi Infinite in Sibu. Getting pretty fair and consistent 10mbps up and 10mbps down so far. Using my Redmi 2 phone as a modem until I purchase a 4G modem.

Lots of tries.. still failed to update. The first part (downgrade) always successful with WiFi led blinking slowly. The second part always end up with red led light after 2 passes..
P/s I want to upgrade firmware because I couldn't set manual DNS in router using toolbox. Always says DNS change successful then when checked back the DNS is not set at all.

u mean me? after use it for some time, i noticed that the speed is not very consistent during day time probably due to network congestion at my area, so the speed test result hardly tell you the actual situation. i have get speedtest result over a wide range of dl/ul from 3-10mbps.
since i also night owl, the speed is considered much better after 12am to midnight.

Well, i can't do anything even if it doesn't work, already unbox and used, don't think sing4G will refund me.
Actually i did't select the the B3+B7 in the toolbox to force it CA. I just feel lazy to switch between b3 and b7 since these both bands are not performing the same throughout the day, i chose back the 'automatic' option, then it shows LTE-A (B3+B7), god knows whether the CA occur or not. Too bad if what was stated in the product spec sheet is true.

May be will consider getting the NETGEAR Aircard 790s since it also supports CA and much cheaper than the e5186-22a (ship from oversea unit only RM300+ in lazada). Anyone here owning that can give some comments since it's not mentioned on page 1? but first i need to decide how to handle my61a

Couldn't agree more. at least i still have my streamyx to fall back when digi is congested, although that beats the purpose of using digi as replacement for streamyx.
Was told by technician recently that unifi is going to available in my area soon, but i will never take their words seriously.

I am using 790s now. Super satisfy with it.
If i put the modem outside, off peak time it could reach 110m, while peak hour 30m.
Before this was using E3372, speed was 50m off peak, and 20m peak hour.
And LTE-A increased stability for gaming experience. No connection spike as much as single band only.
