Prepaid no problem and port in only got problem. Well, who are you and what you do make digi decided to con you specifically? You must be someone special.

Since last night until now, this newer Tele2 firmware is much more stable than my previous original Huawei firmware with LMT webUI interface. So far no facing any disconnection and signal is stronger in term of dB. Will continue monitoring smile.gif

One thing i found out that my webUI version remains unchanged (21.306.01.00.00) through advanced flashing

I'm in my second month. The first month's speed was consistent even if unstable connection during 7pm - 1 am. Now it just got worse. Back to 480p YouTube and sub 100kB/s downloads.

Network maintenance ? Sure ... whatever
*
What area? i'm having the same problem. 2 weeks before i can get 30Mbps at peak time, now only 5 - 6 Mbps. i made a complaint but so far they said everything is "normal". i'll just terminate if the speed continue to be like this.

The issue started after they released the so called 900MHz indoor LTE service. To me it sucks big time.

I'm in bayan lepas area.

Similar case. when first using, everytime is so good. After 2 months, all sakit come.

Yesterday just gave a fxxx to the CS. Every time call, ask me to wait their call, but never receive call. Case already opened 12 days.

If there is really a technical issue, they must inform the customer or a memo somewhere. Don't just ask customers to wait and wait, then pay for the crappy service.

Maybe port out and test on prepaid until eveyrhing resume to my "normal" and port in again, but i doubt there is improvement.

IP camera should not be a problem viewing it remotely, just plug and play.

I'm at Bukit Jalil, near Awan Besar MRT. High population density with lots of tall buildings. LTE dies between 7pm - 1 AM over here. Lately, it's slow almost all the time.

I'm fine with torrent traffic shaping but when you cant even check WhatsApp, YouTube stuck at 480p (sometimes 144p even) and doing online banking times out way too often, then RM150 a month seems exorbitant.

You have to apply online. They don't accept application at physical digi center/store.

No unifi in your area? Infinite 150 plan is for kampung area. Not for high density urban area where the traffic is too high.

Normally la. Good for you then. Better than unifi. Infinite 150 really godsend for low density kampung area without Unifi.
