Hi guys. Can I know digi is using which category of lte. Example cat 3 or 4 or 6.

When I tested on cat3 mifi. Only got 30mbps

When I tested on cat12 huawei p10 phone. Can get up to 70mbps.

So I want to know which category digi lte is using. Since I need this info to get new 4g modem. So that I can match the speed on my huawei p10 phone

Depends on your location coverage. If only got LTE-A then get the CAT6.
I'm using B310As-852. So far so good plus its cheap.

the problem is i donno if its cat6 or cat4 . my huawei p10 phone shows only 4G not 4g+

but i can get around 70mbps.

do you think this is cat6 or cat 4 ?

i dont want to buy the wrong modem and end up can get 70mbps just like my phone.

your using this modem.

Im also thinking of getting this. However, i plan to use this solely on just modem.. will connect this modem router to a better wifi router to share the internet like asus n66u.

do you think this plan will work. ?

Huawei P10 if got 4G+ will show 4G+? Cuz CAT4 can reach up to 150Mbps.
Yes can do. If u want cheaper solution, get a USB modem and plug to the n66u but the signal to modem could be weak. If budget is no issue for u. Get a CAT6 modem with external antenna and place outside with n66u cable connection to the modem. Do check what signal available at your location at Digi coverage website for u to decide the modem.

I'm using huawei mifi e5786.

Currently at Sri Damansara at my office. Average of 15mbps-50mbps.

If i'm at home in PJ, i get around 20mbps-30mbps consistently.

what category device and which band frequency?
