I upgraded the firmware using Blacktubi's method (Thanks!) to Tele2 version.

Everything is working good except telephone. Now telephone no sound no dial tone after upgraded.

Any other users here using Tele2 firmware facing the same issue?

throughout my usage i find the connection is a lot of stable if using google/opendns, or using a vpn. without any modification on the connection sometimes it is hard to get connection perform streaming service at it best, especially during live event broadcast on twitch or youtube live.
but funny tho...i use opendns on office because i want to block a lot of website...
yet after setup the connection actually allow me to go to any website...

Most device from China have been modified to a Generic firmware.

The firmware is fine but it's a bit old and new firmware is slightly faster. biggrin.gif

The DNS relay on Huawei E5186 is slow. So set Google DNS on your computer and you should see DNS can be resolved faster.

Another thing with LTE is if the connection is idle, it takes a few seconds for the modem to ramp up to full power.

Don't fix it if it is not broken. tongue.gif

Performance gain is minimal but stability gain is significant.

Change to another server. Digi's routing to your current server is not nice, or your server is congested.

I am using that firmware. Very basic firmware, no signal info display but the good thing with this firmware is the bridge mode.

You can use it with any third party router without double NAT. smile.gif

I've tried all the firmwares available. A1T1 is actually huawei logo branded firmware.

I'm using LMT version now because it fixed the phone call issue that i was facing in Tele2 firmware.

The logo is Huawei but it is carrier specific firmware without any branding on it. smile.gif

I make a mistake previously in which I branded the TELE2 as Telia. Only corrected it now.

Do you have issues with the Telia firmware? 21.316.01.00.07
