i just got my E5186s-22a with huawei logo on it, yet to put in digi sim to test is out. shall i update firmware which firmware? 21.306 or 21.316?

How much the MIMO cost you?

I updated to BV7R2C0update_21.310.01.04.418 - LMT.gz using the basic method, the version no does not show the same but the firmware seems perfectly fine.

Thanks for helping, guess everyone can proceed to try the advanced flashing with a lot of success.

TELE2 got more features than lmt and it is newer at the same time.
You can only update the interface with basic flash.

Everyone is different for that

Try the basic method and see if it can change your firmware version, only use the advanced method if the basic method fails to update the firmware.

Firmware collection update:
The latest firmware is 316 followed by 310 and 306

A1T1 316: Bridge mode
Telia 316: Signal info display, band selection, IPV6
TELE2 316: Signal info display, band selection. Telephony disabled
LMT: 310: Signal info display, IPV6, good telephony feature

Oh because another friend flashed to LMT from VIVA has his no. displayed. Not an issue for me. Just curious.

the UI changed, but both software and UI version are the same as before.. double weird..

Finally get to enjoy LTE advanced with my netgear AC 790S
Love the netgear app support for sure. Pretty handy
Able to enjoy it without battery is really a plus , unlike huawei mifi for sure.

Speed is really huge difference for user come from 4g LTE . needless to say is minimum double that LTE device like Huawei B310S-22, huawei E8278s-602, redmi 4x, and so on.

if budget is not an issue, buy both, huawei B618 as home cpe unit and while M1 is outdoor on the go
