Anyone had their item held by Malaysia Customs before? Do you hire a Custom Agent to settle it for you? Any recommendation? Thank you very much

You should get a notification from poslaju/DHL/Fedex/UPS etc, just appoint them unless you have a big shipment.

Recently ship jacket, bag and some house deco product from US. All for personal use, all kena tax 10% and the conversion rate they use is at 3.86 for every USD1. Cekik darah betul!

3.86? are you sure? You can actually check the exchange rate for custom in this website. They change once a week. This week exchange rate is only 3.161
