Hi, that rm49.80 poslaju handling fees, does it applicable whether or not the good get taxed? Even if item below rm500?

Item get held by customs, value <rm500. Applied for sirim myself. Still got to pay poslaju fees?

What do you mean if they declare it for me? Can you explain? THanks.

Yesterday I got charged RM49.80 on top of RM35 Sirim permit to get my item out. Went to Kastam/Poslaju myself, applied for Sirim myself. Is that normal?
So, it is not different than filling in the surat wakil and let Poslaju do all these for me right? wtf?

If you can use the USPS or Normal post, better use it, but with tracking, cause Courier DHL/Fedex likes to charge extra on duty/courier charges. AVOID
THEM. But if your item is expensive and means a lot to you and your business, use them.
