For my house case, initially digi antenna was facing directly to my house.
Recently digi add another antennna (not new site), and adjust the direction.
Now my speed drop from 40mbps to 1mbps yesterday night...
But sometimes it still speeded to 40mbps...

Mine they changed antenna on 15 August till today I don't have internet and most of the time no phone lines & missed calls. My phone is set to wifi calling when I'm home. Otherwise my phone is a paperweight. complained to CS still waiting for update.

Normally a tower has 3 antennas.
Add new antenna will add 33% capacity.
But this normally happens on digi. UM dun have such practice.
U guys can pm me ur exact location.
Some sites are doing antenna swapping for 900mhz capability.
Some add 4th antenna + swapping (my case)

So.... It all depens...

Btw how is the 900Mhz expansion doing? When is it coming to Alor Setar? Some places that I go really needs it

Lucky my place already upgraded. Maybe at least everyone should be patient. I have to bear with unstable internet and speed every single day for almost 2 months. Not just on weekends.
So if you have problems with the internet, give them some time. Once it is upgraded, you will be satisfied with the speed.

Hi im currently using two digi postpaid v80 which is for me and my wife.. and today i saw digi family plan rm150..
My question is, if i change my plan to digi family 150, is there anything ill be gainning or losing?

yesterday afternoon received call from DG cs saying my area sudden increase of user causing congestion
so the network get shit after 8pm till 12am
they will do upgrading & stuff to increase capacity
ask me to wait till mid of october

hope this time wont happen to be same as UM
network remain shit even after their so call maintenance & upgrade in April & July

UM july is billing upgrade.... Nothing to do with network capacity.... Only those replies at forum/news think of network upgrade...

UM free to much data... Everyone using it FOC. It caused the new bandwidth also cannot afford the traffic.
In the end, more congestion

it seems not possible to get 4G+, despite being in the middle of town. Almost always get 1800MHz LTE, no CA and never gets 2600MHz LTE. Is there a reason why this area is a blindspot for LTE CA? Even my home area in the suburbs is better as getting 4G+.
