I used to live in Seapark before shifting to Taman Paramount and I didn't recall Digi was bad there?

Digi BB will block whatsapp call. Whatsapp messaging still working. However, you can pay extra rm5 montly for extra 1GB to subscribe for whatsapp call.

i came across to my latest bills last month and this month, im being charged for international SMS to this 447786205094.

after i made some research, this belongs to apple for their activation for imsg and facetime. strangely the charges will be imposed for those telco providers whom aren't supporting apple (iphone / ipads)

strangely they are selling official apple products ? are we being scamed ? 60/sen per sms. and i have 4 sms sent to the number 2/month. it might be a small amount but imagine if all consumers whom are apple users are being charged.

did anyone notice this ?

Hi guys, wanna ask about Digi wifi calling before port out. Is it mean even though I’m roaming in any overseas country but after connect to wifi, all calls are considered as “local” MY call? So will deduct minutes from my local MY call plan?

No wifi calling when roaming, it was tested when I roam in Beijing last month.

just switched to digi for 3 days
indoor coverage really lose to Maxis
but overall it is satisfactory

what are the signs of a damaged sim card?
ok, i know about cannot get signal at all.
that happened to my father before.
but what about damaged a bit, not 100 percent damaged.
can we see the symptoms?
slow sleep, keep changing 3g 4g in the same place etc?

Question about Digi Broadband regarding these latest offer.

1) If I subscribe to the Digi BB 60, I got 16GB Internet Quota or 40GB?

2) If it's 40GB, I got to enjoy the 40GB quota for life if I subscribe now?

3) If I used up the 10GB stream FREE quota (read somewhere in LYN said it's 10GB), and then I watch more Youtube videos, they will deduct on the Internet Quota? Or I'm no longer can watch Youtube?

Mainly for use at home with my PC during the night.

Thinking of switching from Webe BB to this Digi BB.

It is actually rmaximum 48 hours to complete the whole process or the system will automatically cancel the request to port-in/out. Normally the whole thing can be done in less than 24 hours.

When was that ? I ported out a few numbers recently. All was done in less than 24 hours. Only the recent two attempts took longer than 48 hours as there was some issue with the system. Donor telecom rejected the request. The other telecom re-sent a new request but did not get any reply from the donor telecom. I called to follow up and I was told if they don't get any reply from the donor telecom, the request will be automatically canceled when the time limit of 48 hours is up. After that they will submit another request again. This was from Maxis to DiGi, by the way.

The problem is 1 day hw to utilize 1GB.. (unless you tell me download or youtubing during office hours is another story).

Somemore, only available for all postpaid.
Really give a damn..

This morning I check mydigi apps, don't see it for 1GB redemption for my prepaid account but only available for my postpaid account.
