QUOTE(fruitie @ Jun 22 2017, 11:28 PM) Taman Paramount is next to Seapark. My place is near to Giant Taman Paramount. I used to live in Seapark before shifting to Taman Paramount and I didn't recall Digi was bad there? SEA Park (21/20 area) really bad now but surprisingly UMobile is good there. My friend there can never update his app with Digi, he has to use wifi.

QUOTE(rgchai @ Jun 30 2017, 02:16 PM) Digi BB will block whatsapp call. Whatsapp messaging still working. However, you can pay extra rm5 montly for extra 1GB to subscribe for whatsapp call. Digi has upgraded the VOIP, it is now RM5/30days unlimited.

QUOTE(ilyas_jamal @ Jul 19 2017, 08:01 PM) i came across to my latest bills last month and this month, im being charged for international SMS to this 447786205094. after i made some research, this belongs to apple for their activation for imsg and facetime. strangely the charges will be imposed for those telco providers whom aren't supporting apple (iphone / ipads) strangely they are selling official apple products ? are we being scamed ? 60/sen per sms. and i have 4 sms sent to the number 2/month. it might be a small amount but imagine if all consumers whom are apple users are being charged. did anyone notice this ? Yes Digi has lots (hidden) charges. Was with Maxis, it's free to activate iMessage/FaceTime. Whenever I activate iMessage, Apple iOS prompt user that there maybe service charge to activate iMessage, I just dismissed it when I was with Maxis. Now I understand what that message meant with Digi.😁

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Aug 27 2017, 11:46 AM) U know what.. U mobile also like that.. Someone mention previously.. His speed is good.. Then they add new antenna.. Straight speed reduced drastically.. Now become kura kura already... Seriously I don't know what the telco thinking.. Its good enough, why go "disturbed" the tower by adding more antenna.. Now make worse Mine they changed antenna on 15 August till today I don't have internet and most of the time no phone lines & missed calls. My phone is set to wifi calling when I'm home. Otherwise my phone is a paperweight. complained to CS still waiting for update.

QUOTE(sordanny @ Oct 3 2017, 01:07 PM) Hi guys, wanna ask about Digi wifi calling before port out. Is it mean even though I’m roaming in any overseas country but after connect to wifi, all calls are considered as “local” MY call? So will deduct minutes from my local MY call plan? From what I know Digi does not have wifi calling when roaming, only in Malaysia.

I just mnp to Digi and I too can't seem to set my wifi calling on my iPhone. Whereas on UM is straight forward and simple, it should be the same on Digi but somehow unable to do so. Tried live chat this afternoon but traffic too heavy to get a immediate solution. Waiting for their email reply.

I have no issue to download media from WhatsApp with Digi BB. My setting is manual download, perhaps that is the reason I have no problem with WhatsApp.

QUOTE(nk3371 @ Nov 23 2017, 01:03 PM) Question about Digi Broadband regarding these latest offer. 1) If I subscribe to the Digi BB 60, I got 16GB Internet Quota or 40GB? 2) If it's 40GB, I got to enjoy the 40GB quota for life if I subscribe now? 3) If I used up the 10GB stream FREE quota (read somewhere in LYN said it's 10GB), and then I watch more Youtube videos, they will deduct on the Internet Quota? Or I'm no longer can watch Youtube? Mainly for use at home with my PC during the night. Thinking of switching from Webe BB to this Digi BB. Thank you in advance. 1) 16 + 16 + 8GB = 40GB (Broadband 60 = RM60/mth) 2) Yes 3) 16GB stream free, all free data used will deduct from internet 16GB This my understanding.

QUOTE(GamaX320 @ Dec 10 2017, 05:03 PM) today I port out from digi to maxis in this morning but until now yet receive confirmation sms for port out proceess? any idea? It takes 3-5 working days before you get any news. Unlike in SG 24 hours, the moment you port you will be given a SIM card with temporary phone number and you can start using it and the telco will activate your original phone number when final approval is given. QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Dec 10 2017, 06:25 PM) It is actually rmaximum 48 hours to complete the whole process or the system will automatically cancel the request to port-in/out. Normally the whole thing can be done in less than 24 hours. It took 4 working days for me to port from U to Digi and that also was late in the evening 3 months ago. Previous to that it took more than 48 hrs to port from Maxis to U. This post has been edited by HippyTony: Dec 10 2017, 08:09 PM

QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Dec 10 2017, 11:46 PM) When was that ? I ported out a few numbers recently. All was done in less than 24 hours. Only the recent two attempts took longer than 48 hours as there was some issue with the system. Donor telecom rejected the request. The other telecom re-sent a new request but did not get any reply from the donor telecom. I called to follow up and I was told if they don't get any reply from the donor telecom, the request will be automatically canceled when the time limit of 48 hours is up. After that they will submit another request again. This was from Maxis to DiGi, by the way. Maxis to U in February 2017 (3 Lines) U to Digi in Oct 2017 Btw Digi online MNP small print says to give 3 working days. I have no idea about the time limit to port, just sharing my experience.

QUOTE(JuneResources @ Dec 27 2017, 10:32 AM) The problem is 1 day hw to utilize 1GB.. (unless you tell me download or youtubing during office hours is another story). Somemore, only available for all postpaid. Really give a damn.. Agree with you free 1GB for 24 hrs is hard to finish but I'm not complaining, 20 over years with Maxis got nothing, can use it to update my apps. Less than a year with Digi I have received over 5GB of freebies.
