just done online porting into DG from UM less than 30 min ago

hope will have better service than UM

its fxxking bad network speed & stability, problem persist for more than 7 mth

totally had enough with such bullshit

now hope DG has better speed & stability else gonna burn down both company

mind sharing what kind of problem?

been using DG postpaid 110 for few days since port in from UM

so far so good on network connection & speed

better coverage also

i port in to DG last week on their website, din get any voucher for anything

i only get the SIM card nothing else, no voucher

that's true fast food voucher dont worth anything

within 3 days i get the SIM card

yesterday night after 8pm till around 10.30pm
DG network was near total STOP for both 3G & 4G
cant even load facebook & open myDG app
restart phone also no use

anyone had same issue?

The network been like this for yesterday night & now after 8pm - 10.30pm

Before this was totally smooth without any hickup

same here, frequent disconnect from 4G but even connect to 3G also cant load facebook

make purchase in google play store

if not mistaken, u can choose payment method before u "confirm" to purchase, jz choose to pay with prepaid credit then wont deduct from credit card

Recently DG has become like Fxxking shit network
UL/DL less than 1Mbps
Even Facebook got problem loading page
If can load, can't post any comment or like any post

yesterday afternoon received call from DG cs saying my area sudden increase of user causing congestion
so the network get shit after 8pm till 12am
they will do upgrading & stuff to increase capacity
ask me to wait till mid of october

hope this time wont happen to be same as UM
network remain shit even after their so call maintenance & upgrade in April & July

this means DG really care about you so much that cant control themselve need to express their love to you day & night

i've been experiencing very bad network connectivity & internet instability since last week monday
