Been to digi centre.. They help me to call the helpline and said this is because the device is for BB.. So it will like that.. Speechless..

Ya it happen after the new update for me too.
But after I changed the SSID and password.

No more auto reboot problem.

only issue for me is due to redirect after the update.. and modem seems slower than previous update..sigh

Hello guys. Not sure if this has been asked before. Currently using bb plan 100. What annoys me is that when I want to access certain sites( eg. paultan, sonyalpharumors etc), it will show digi website with my remaining data balance. Once ok. But at times I need to more than 10 times then I can get to my desired webpage.

Using firefox. Tried safari and opera but problems still persists. Any workaround? Thanks

not true...
my Mifi also show redirect to Digi website as well.

very annoying keep asking me to update but i keep ignore.

Yes. Huawei E5785. Hey, got update notification as well. Just found out bout it. Not sure if it will help but report back.

it is..the latest firmware seems causing random redirect.. previous firmware doesnt cause such issue.. seems on the digi forum they collecting feedback bout it

Wth, I emailed digi to ask for my previous bills beyond 6 months and they say each bill will cost me RM5??? Any of you guys retrieved your old bills before?

this annoying issue on latest digi mifi firmware..those with digi mifi, got notification on new update...never update else you'll kena "redirect loop" . it happens randomly on any website, even including digi own website....

I already pay my bill on 14 March.
If I terminate the service before April, then I dont need to pay anything anymore right?
