Hi guys, I already place my order on 150 infinite. How do I track my order?
The email that digi send me with gdex link doesnt work and they do not give me the tracking number.

My dad went to digi center few week ago and they tell him that u can only get it from the webshop

edit: I place my order last saturday, but till now they do not give me tracking number. My location at sabah.

Usually the number you order activated on the same day even on weekend unless you are doing mnp. If you near to Digi Store better collect replacement sim card instead waiting for the sim card arrive.

What? The services starts after I make my payment? Not when I activate the card? What a ripoff.
Digi just answer me and they are unable to track it as well because gdex tracking is down. They estimate it to resume delivery by next tuesday x_x
Unfortunately the nearest digi store is 3 hour away.

Edit: I cant access the link that you provided, its been like that ever since I play my order. 500 Internal Server Error.

Hi guys, I just got my simcard for digi infinite 150 today and Im kinda noob when it come to phone lol. After I put in the simcard, are there any adjustment I must do on the phone to enjoy the net for fullspeed?
Set it to 4g?
Dota roaming on or off?

Thanks for the info. My concern now is the phone that I use for tethering. Im using asus zenfone, it is hot as well when tether. Is this normal for all phone or are there phone that are cool when tether?

Just download that app, notice that got MI Digi Infinite 150 and other stuff expired in 3 day. I assume MI refer to Mobile Internet.
This isnt my plan right since I just got it today.

Hey guys, I'm from Kota Kinabalu Sabah. I've been using digi infinite 150 for almost 6 months now. It is great, but for the past 2-3 week I keep facing speed reduction especially during night time. Has this happen to any of you?

I already pay my bill on 14 March.
If I terminate the service before April, then I dont need to pay anything anymore right?
