I just switched to Digi yesterday. Then I went to reload RM 30 to my account so that it stays active. I notice that my free credit balance went down from RM 3 (because I reloaded the aforementioned amount) to lesser and lesser, and eventually the actual credit balance from RM 30.41 to RM 20.41 this morning. I did not call anyone or do anything. As for the internet, I redeemed the starter 1GB for free so I believe the use of internet did not incur the loss of balance. Can anyone from Digi help?

i just sub Super Terror plan, rm38. free unlimited speed (12am-12pm), free unlimited call digi-digi, 5GB.
but i found out the speed capped at 2mbps only. wtf i'm so regret by subscribing this plan.

haha, yea "freebies" banyak. And some of the digi live perks get carried over to digi best... 2.5Gg / week and music freedom 5Gg / 30 days.

Last year intro me to subscribe to super long life, pay RM68 1 whole year no need to look at the stupid expiry date.

Today went to refill at a shop, though it was the same deal, then the shop keeper came back, only 180 days. Ask wtf happen to that one year plan, then only tell you now its RM108.

Conclusion they have increase the base cost by 50% by reducing the value of your RM68 with a 6 month cut from a year, then they demand Extra RM40 + the service fee you paid last year in order to cover you for a full year.

No message to let you know they have done that ... and just like that they happy increase service fee by 50%, look right in your face and smile at you then say "We can screw you anytime and there is nothing you can do to us"
