Hmm, Digi just subscribed me for a 30-day 1GB plan without asking me. Told me the first 2 months are free.

I think they're trying to encourage me to subscribe to stuff since I never subscribe to anything on this Best Prepaid 2017.

What is the category of LTE that your phone supports? If it’s just normal LTE cat 3 or 4, it is normal to get around 6-20mbps...

Last night it was less than 0.5Mbps sad.gif

Hi All,
I'm planning to get Family 250 and use one of the line as Home Wifi in a mobifi or router, to replace my shitty streamyx (my area didnt have Unifi).
i have been using digi postpaid many years and so far didnt have much issue for 4G+ in my house area (speedtest 50-80mbps at night), does that means i will be getting similar speed when using in mobifi? my main purpose is to cut down total monthly bill and get better home wifi speed (upload & download) for my PC and laptop for normal surfing or occasionally youtube streaming, not heavy usage though.

My current Digi Plan total RM178
DG50 x3
DG28 x1

Current home internet which I hope to cut
Streamyx 8mbps RM150 general used for normal phone/pc internet surfing, once a while Astro On Demand, and xiaomi/xiaoyi cctv which is very lag due to streamyx shitty upload speed

I guess Digi is pretty desperate now as many people could be porting out of DiGi due to significant deterioration in its networks in the past few weeks. I just requested for port out from Digi to Celcom, and just got a call from Digi. They offer me 3 months of free subscription. Included in the package is 50GB quota and unlimited call. I asked them to proceed with the port out anyway. Can't be bothered to deal with this ridiculous network anymore.

Help! I bought a DiGi live prepaid SIM card in February for use in a mifi. Used it for about 3 weeks until the data ran out and then the validity expired. Still have balance 50sen.

3 days ago, 18th Mar, I use Lazada to reload RM30 but the credit didn’t come through. Balance still 50sen but the validity is updated to April 18.

What is going on? Lazada or DiGi problem? Couldn’t get through to DiGi today so will call again later today. Just want to see if anyone here has faced a prob like this before.

Get Digi Infinite 150 to replace streamyx if your area has good speeds.

Speed should be more stable/faster if you use CPE+Antenna.

Yup initially I'm looking at Infinite 150, but saw Family 250 with total 120gb seems good enough for my usage and i can save RM78 from it hmm.gif

You should add on the 10 ringgit to make it all day and gives you an extra 10GB.

Anyone using DiGi Huawei E5577s? After latest update seems a lot redirects to digi websites now.

Anyone know how to flash to global firmware instead of digi's? since it's unlocked.

Me too. On E5577s, I think because the line is congested lately. It was force disconnection, that's why got redirect to Digi main page.

I also need to recreate SSID again, because if I use my old SSID, the modem will restart every 5 minutes.
