What? The services starts after I make my payment? Not when I activate the card? What a ripoff.
Digi just answer me and they are unable to track it as well because gdex tracking is down. They estimate it to resume delivery by next tuesday x_x
Unfortunately the nearest digi store is 3 hour away.

before 4G weak signal but  2G line pulak gone become emergency or no service and always want connect to 50219,
My guest digi shut down a few 2G tower for better 4G line. Now my gps tracker work harder to connect digi GPRS network.

Have anyone experience this problem:

I have four DIGI sim cards, one postpaid (Infinite 150) and 3 prepaid (Best 2017, Live and SMART VP)

When I use the Infinite 150 sim card, i can access anything without problem, getting 4G speed 24/7 and can download anything without problem

But when I use any of the prepaid sim card, i always get drop speed even though at 4G
(Usually at afternoon and evening)
Streaming on youtube is at SD only, accessing any sites the speed is like I put in a 3G phone

All of the sim card are used in the same phone (dual sim), Xperia XZ

Digi line getting better yet? Mine not really good

Hello guys. Not sure if this has been asked before. Currently using bb plan 100. What annoys me is that when I want to access certain sites( eg. paultan, sonyalpharumors etc), it will show digi website with my remaining data balance. Once ok. But at times I need to more than 10 times then I can get to my desired webpage.

Using firefox. Tried safari and opera but problems still persists. Any workaround? Thanks
