yeah me too. they certainly have problem with the network now. maximum speed I can get on speestest is 2mbps.

hopefully tomorrow will be okay.

Digi line sloppy now in Seremban/Senawang. I wonder if I still need to pay my BB100 though. Speed test also cannot.

If I stream iflix on my laptop using my digi broadband 100 connection, will this usage use my stream on demand data?

I think they may want to delete Internet plus RM28. Since I cannot see it in digi apps.

But be careful with the delivery. As Digi used GDEX and it is a sim, somehow digi require owner to sign the delivery.

I have problem with this before, my sister cannot sign the delivery.

Don't know why the are so strict over a sim card. Overseas, sim card was only posted over normal post. No problem whatsoever.

Sadly, Digi prepaid live cannot share or even enjoy credit share from others.

That is one downside of the Plan.

I'm only using e5577s with ambassador, total cost per month is rm79 without GST.

For digi prepaid big bonus plan, it will auto renewed after 30 days.

Let say I subscribe for RM30 big bonus right after I topup rm30. Then on the 30th day, it will autorenew.

So when should I topup another rm30 so that the autorenewal will be successful?

And if I topup on the 30th day, will I get another 30 days or will this make me get to used the autorenewed BigBonus pack for only 29days on next cycle?

Yes For Digi sim which sent by Gdex, they require the person to be present upon receiving the sim.

I mnp via online from celcom to Digi. All good so far. And fast.

Connection issue experienced too in Seremban this morning from 8 to 10am. 4G is there but no internet/data. But after reset few times. All okay till evening and now.

Maybe Google services. I tethered my phone to sync files from Google Drive to my laptop via Backup and Sync (Google Drive desktop apps), to my surprise, this consumes my Digi Video & Music Freedom quota (2.5Gb Prepaid Live quota).

So in your case, maybe some Google services took your data allowance.

Me too. On E5577s, I think because the line is congested lately. It was force disconnection, that's why got redirect to Digi main page.

I also need to recreate SSID again, because if I use my old SSID, the modem will restart every 5 minutes.

Hi, just noticed that now Digi has promo giving free credit for every reload.

So let say I topup Rm100 and get RM10 free credit in the next 24h. Then, I continue to subscribe RM30 internet plan after receiving this RM10 free credit, will it consume this RM10 credit pool first or it will only consume my rm100 balance (making my balance become RM70)?

I'm still wondering how is the mechanism of this offer, so any feedback much appreciated.

Note: the free credit only valid for 3 days.
