QUOTE(AmeiN @ Mar 16 2018, 03:24 PM) Hello, any encounter this error when sign in using connect account? had this problem before. may try to log in your connect account on pc, then navigate to profile. edit your phone number there. it will send a verification sms to your digi number keyed in. If login using number no problem. I have 2 account. 1 live prepaid, another bb70 ![]() that's how i solved mine. |

I subscribed to Music Freedom last week and today it's already 0.5GB less than the allocated 5GB. Is BBC iPlayer Radio covered by this Music Freedom? That's the only streaming I've done as far as I'm aware. Or is it deducting from other stuff I wasn't expecting?

Lastly also jump back to maxis.
Been using digi 250 plan for a month now, quite satisfied with their service in overall but the coverage is really bad compared to maxis. At least they will try to help after complaint made unlike rubbish selkom that will alwiz giv u standard reply "restart phone". Maxis speedtest in semenyih. Digi can only reaches 40mbps at max. Wished I could stay longer with digi but really cant tolerate to have no coverage intermittently. Attached thumbnail(s) |

I was hoping someone has inside knowledge of exactly how DMF works. I suspect it's deducting from some Android system processes as well. |

As u mentioned you only stream bbc player, of cos it'll deducted from data since music freedom doesn't include bbc player.

QUOTE(tympg @ Mar 18 2018, 05:41 PM) Maybe Google services. I tethered my phone to sync files from Google Drive to my laptop via Backup and Sync (Google Drive desktop apps), to my surprise, this consumes my Digi Video & Music Freedom quota (2.5Gb Prepaid Live quota). So in your case, maybe some Google services took your data allowance. Just my two cents though, unconfirmed. But this was few days ago. I did monitor my data allowance. Once all my Digi Video and Music Freedom all depleted, then only my main quota got deducted. |

Hi folks, I am on Digi Postpaid, 4G speeds are never high at all.
Midvalley area, KL area... Mi Max 2, Digi 4G just isn't cutting it. Am I missing something? Edit: Downloading Speedtest app now, will report back. This post has been edited by sr2016: Mar 19 2018, 06:44 PM |

If it’s just normal LTE cat 3 or 4, it is normal to get around 6-20mbps...Midvalley area, KL area... Mi Max 2, Digi 4G just isn't cutting it. Am I missing something?
