Me a big bone dude.
Target weight = 65kg.

1) Age = 31, Weight = 72kg, Height = 170cm, BMI = 24.9

2) 3/4 of rice on normal plate twice a day (lunch and dinner at 6.00pm)
Wash fried foods like chicken etc. as well as threw the skins away.

3) 3 times a week (four if obsessed tongue.gif ) jogging for 30 minutes. Drank 100 Plus.

There you go.
How can you help me?

I know that eating less can achieve good weight.
But when hungry...what to do?
Stomach making hungry sounds.

if it's at night, go sleep straight, but remember not starve yourself.

sometimes when I eat the same amount of food, the same exercise, but i feel more hungry, so I just ignore it cuz i know I eat enough for my body nod.gif

u noe, when u eat tuna...u can close your nose, chomp real quick and gargle down with a milky protein shake.

That's disgusting! I once blended my tuna with chocolate milk. I will NEVER do so again. Here's a tip. Squeeze out all the water from the tuna, put in bowl, add a dash of 'ikan bilis' powder and mix it up. It doesn't taste too bad after that.

I have a friend that fries his tuna with egg on a non stick pan with no oil. tastes not bad actually (he gave me some to eat tongue.gif ). beats putting in mayonaise.

Mayonaise = White devil!

Try dried tuna,salad and a high fiber bread to go with as lunch, youll be amazed of the results within just 2 weeks.

Tip of the day for weightloss:-

Exercise in cold places, this is because when your body heats up it tends to regulates and works twice as much in a cold place.
