1.Avoid eating 4 hours prior to bed unless its protein or vegetables,fruits.
2.Lifting weights is the easiest way to loss weight. More muscle the more you burn.
3.Drink lots of water 8 at least more if you can but not too much unless you want to poison yourself. Its the best detoxification.Try to avoid sugar unless its necessary, sugar=energy.
4.Do a lot of cardiovascular.
5.Lessen your carbo intake and upper your protein intake, but dont strain yourself, you need the carbo for energy.
6.Lessen the oily food,fried,junk foods.
7.Try to sleep early and wake up for a jog with an empty stomache.
8.I would like to emphasize on diet and sleeping habits mainly, shitty diet=no improvement, less sleep=wont get you motivated.

There are ways to lose fat very very fast that i learned from my silat master,but its a very dangerous technique and only used before tournament to match the weight category tongue.gif .

Try dried tuna,salad and a high fiber bread to go with as lunch, youll be amazed of the results within just 2 weeks.

Tip of the day for weightloss:-

Exercise in cold places, this is because when your body heats up it tends to regulates and works twice as much in a cold place.
